Box Office Hours

• Labor Day-Memorial Day

Monday through Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-2. Nights of performance, the box office will stay open past curtain. On Sundays with performances the box office will open three hours before the performance.

• Summer Hours: Monday through Friday 10-5.

Methods of Payment at the Palace Box Office:

• Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
• Sorry, we don't accept checks!

• All phone reservations placed over the Palace Theatre Charge Line are mailed up to 10 days prior to the performance. Orders placed after that point will be held at the Box Office. Paid reservations may be picked up at the Box Office during regular business hours starting the day after the order is placed. Please have proper photo I.D. and your confirmation number to pick up your tickets!
• Any phone reservations not picked up in advance will be held at the Will Call window inside the main lobby beginning one hour prior to the performance.

• Refunds: The Palace Theatre issues refunds only in the event of a show cancellation. Otherwise, once purchased, tickets are non refundable.
• Exchanges: There are no exchanges on any tickets purchased at the Palace Theatre. Complimentary tickets can not be exchanged.

• Tickets for canceled performances must be returned to the place of purchase for a refund. No refund will be issued without tickets. Tickets MUST be refunded to the same method of payment used to purchase the tickets. Please bring the same credit card used with you to the ticket seller when seeking a refund. Ticket holders have one year from the date of the canceled show to seek a refund.

• The Palace Theatre does not replace lost, stolen, destroyed or misplaced tickets. Tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please store your tickets in a safe and convenient location.
